What does an ACH payment cost with MyKidReports?
A flat $0.49 for each ACH (bank) payment, whatever the amount. A $250 payment and a $2,500 payment cost the same $0.49. Card payments are 2.79%. The payment gateway charges these fees.
Can parents pay the payment fees?
Yes. Once your payment gateway is connected, you can pass transaction fees on to parents from your billing settings.
How long does it take to switch?
Most centers are live in 5–10 business days, with a few days where both systems run side by side. Our team moves your rosters, billing history, attendance and parent contacts at no charge.
What does MyKidReports cost?
$0.99 per child per month on the Pro plan, billed in groups of 10 children. It’s free for up to 5 children. Over 100 children or several centers is a custom quote. There’s no setup fee and no contract.
Is everything included in the price?

How did you work out the savings?
From the slider at the top. We take $254 a week in tuition per child (Child Care Aware of America’s 2025 US average), paid weekly, and Stripe’s standard ACH fee of 0.8% today against our flat $0.49. We take off the Pro plan, and value the time saved at $20 an hour. We don’t count what you pay for software today.
