What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your center can continue on the free forever plan if it has 5 or fewer children, or move to MKR Pro at $0.99 per child per month. There are no cancellation fees and you can change plans at any time.
Can I import data from another platform?
Yes. The MyKidReports team will guide you step-by-step through migration at no extra cost from Brightwheel, Procare, KangarooTime, Lillio, Playground, spreadsheets, or any other platform — covering children, families, billing history, and attendance records.
How long does setup take?
Most centers complete setup in under a day. Onboarding and staff training are included at no additional cost with all paid plans.
Is MyKidReports built specifically for childcare?
Yes. MyKidReports is purpose-built for childcare — daycares, preschools, home-based programs, multi-site groups, summer camps, and shared-services networks. It is not adapted from K-12 software.
